Permission is granted, free of charge, to install and run unmodified copies of
TeleTool obtained from an authorised TeleTool distribution solely for lawful
non-commercial use.

"Non-commercial use" means use that is not primarily intended for or directed
towards commercial advantage, monetary compensation, revenue generation, paid
services, resale, or the internal operations of a for-profit business.
Commercial use requires a separate written licence from the copyright holder.

Except for that limited permission, no licence is granted to copy, modify,
adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from
TeleTool. Written permission from the copyright holder is required for any such
use, including any commercial use.

This licence applies only to original TeleTool material. Third-party components
are provided under their respective licences, as described in
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and in the copyright information shipped with the
TeleTool package. Nothing in this licence restricts rights granted by those
third-party licences. Optional interoperability with separately packaged
software, including Inferno-AoIP, does not incorporate that software into
TeleTool or replace its upstream licence terms.

TELETOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
